What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer the following standard shipping options within the Continental U.S.:
- Orders $100 and up: FREE standard shipping (typically 3–6 business days)
- Orders under $50: Flat rate of $9.99 (typically 3–6 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping options are available within the Continental U.S.:
- 2-Day Shipping: $19.99
- 1-Day Shipping (Overnight): $29.99 (delivered the next business day)

Do you ship on holidays?
No. Carriers do not pick up or deliver on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving (and the day after)
- Christmas Day
Are prescriptions required for CPAP machines?
Yes. CPAP machines and certain medical devices require avalid prescription by law.
What happens if my prescription is expired or unavailable?
OurRx Assistance Programcan often help obtain a prescription refill within24 hours.
Do prescription orders require a signature upon delivery?
Yes. A signature is required for delivery of all Rx CPAP devices.
Are there any restrictions on expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited (1-Day and 2-Day) shipping is not available for:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- PO Boxes
- U.S. Territories
- Orders containing high-capacity batteries
Insurance
Do you accept insurance?
No. AirTranquil does not accept insurance assignment at this time. Full payment is required at checkout.
Can I submit my purchase to insurance for reimbursement?
When will my order ship?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to medical hygiene and safety standards.
Do you offer refunds?
What are the requirements for a return?
Returned items must be:
- New and unused
- Unopened, with factory seals intact
- Authorized, with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Returns for reasons other than shipping error or defect may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Which items are non-returnable?
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:
- Home Sleep Tests
- Luna G3 CPAP or BiPAP Machines
- Luna TravelPAP Auto CPAP System
- Lumin UVC Sanitizer
- Mask cushions, pillows, frames, headgear, and accessories
- All CPAP parts and supplies (filters, tubing, reservoirs, power cords, SD cards, etc.)
- CPAP travel cases, hose lifts, adapters
- Batteries, power converters, solar panels
- CPAP cleaning fluids and wipes
What if my item arrives defective?
If your item is defective upon arrival, contact us immediately. Most machines and masks are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and we will assist with the warranty claim process.
How do I request a return?
- Contact Us: Call 888-419-5212 or email support to request an RMA
- Pack the Item: Use the original shipping box
- Label the Package: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside
- Ship the Return: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours
How long does store credit processing take?
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 days for store credit to be issued.
